35 Denton Announcement 2 from 35 Denton on Vimeo.

You’ve been waiting. Now, it’s time.

With less than two months left, we’re here to announce the much-anticipated second round of 35 Denton artists! We’re stoked to have The Zombies headline this year, and they’re followed by some great acts we can’t wait for. Coming all the way from Bilbao, Spain is Capsula, an amazing band influenced by 1960s South American psychedelic and garage rock who have been described as “live animals on stage.” Our friends from Telegraph Canyon will be back to show us more of what the Ft. Worth music scene has to offer. Carl Finch, a local Denton musician, is getting together with Mike Dillon to blend the Denton scene with, what one article calls, “New Orleans punk jazz Brazilian math rock.” Whatever you want to call it, we can’t wait to hear it. We are also excited to announce Grave City, Radioactivity, and Mind Spiders, a powerful trio of bands all featuring members of Denton punk legends, The Marked Men.

AND THAT’S NOT ALL! Here is what you’ve all been waiting for, our second list of confirmed artists for 35 Denton 2015:

Black James Franco (Denton) Born Cages (New York City) Capsula (Bilbao, Spain) The Cheerleader (Philadelphia) Clint Niosi (Ft. Worth) Cozy Hawks (Denton) Cymbals Eat Guitars (Staten Island, NY) Doug Burr (Denton) Grave City (DFW) The Holler Time (Denton) Isaac Hoskins (Denton) Jazz Mills & Corey Baum (Austin) Kim & The Created (Los Angeles) Kody Jackson (Denton) Little Jack Melody (Denton) Los De Esta Noche (San Antonio) Low Cut Connie (Philadelphia) Matthew and The Arrogant Sea (Denton) Mike Dillon & Carl Finch (New Orleans/Denton) The Mike Dillon Band (New Orleans) Mind Spiders (Ft.
