To welcome the influx of students new and matriculated, and help year-round Dentonites wipe the lazy summer sleep from our eyes, Rubber Gloves Rehearsal Studios kicked off Free Week last night, on August 16. In its 12th year, Free Week serves as a vehicle to indoctrinate the newbies into the robust musical scene Denton has to offer but also caters to this town’s love of rad local and touring acts. Each show is free (#duh) and each night showcases local promoters to help our community become familiar and all BFF-y with them.
